We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving an item to request a return of the item.

Defective, Damaged or Erroneous Deliveries

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We want to address issues promptly. Contacting us immediately will help us do that and ensure eligibility for refund under our 30-day return policy.


Once we have received and inspected a return, we will let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, we will make the refund by your original payment method and notify you when we have done that. Please note that your receipt of a refund will be subject to the time it takes your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
